Admissions

Admission to the Sixth Form

The Hayesbrook School Sixth Form Prospectus and application form for students entering post-16 education in September 2020 will be available to download below following our Sixth form information event on Thursday 14th November 2019. If you are considering joining our Sixth Form, please attend our information event, print and complete the application form and return this via email, post or directly to the school reception by Friday 28th February 2020.

We expect our Sixth Formers to have achieved at least a Grade 4 in both their English and Maths GCSEs, and at least 3 other qualifications at 4 or above (or equivalent).  Some subjects require a minimum grade in the same subject area at GCSE - please see the prospectus for details. There are also pathways that provide opportunities to study an entirely vocational route with different entry requirements.

All Year 11 students are given guidance concerning post 16 course choices and all students joining the school from elsewhere are invited to visit the school and meet a senior colleague.

If you are an external candidate and are interested in joining the Hayesbrook Sixth Form, or you would like to discuss further, please telephone the school on 01732 500600 or click here to use our online enquiry form and we will contact you directly.
