At The Hayesbrook School we understand that making the next progression to secondary school can feel daunting for students, therefore we hope that through offering these sessions students will gain confidence and resilience in being in a secondary school surrounding, working with new people from across West Kent and developing new skills.
The sessions are open to both boys and girls, of all sporting abilities. They will run on Tuesday afternoons up until the end of this term, on the following dates: 26 June, 3 July, 10 July and 17 July - all from 3:40pm - 4:40pm at the Hayesbrook School, and will involve coaching drills and small sided games.
Please note these sessions do not rely on previous experience of rugby, we appreciate that not everyone is ‘sporty’ therefore these sessions will base around fundamental skills and techniques, with the emphasis on fun and enjoyment for all. Children should wear appropriate clothing and footwear to the training session and we ask that they are supervised by their parents whilst they are at the session.
