The Hayesbrook 'Attendance Big Breakfast' 2016
On the morning of 24th March 2016 we invited 145 students to the school restaurant for a special reward for their excellent attendance.
Every boy was invited to tuck into a free breakfast courtesy of Waitrose and Kent Dairy Company, rather than attend form time registration. The boys had one other thing in common apart from eating breakfast together - they also hold onto 100% attendance year to date. This is a phenomenal achievement and the school wanted to reinforce our appreciation to a group of pupils who have committed to the school every day so far this academic year!
Assistant Principal Mr Reader said: "I’d like to thank Mrs Christmas and Mrs Gresham for organising the event and also the canteen staff for allowing the space to be used on the morning itself. I’d also like to thank the two businesses who provided the breakfast and milk free of charge. It is nice to see that local businesses and our school community can work together to reward our 100% attenders. If there are any other local businesses or members of the local community who wish to get involved with the Hayesbrook School then we would be delighted to hear from them".
